We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you have purchased is defective. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos of the defected product within 10 days of receipt of the product. Upon receipt of the details from you via email within a reasonable period of time, we will assess whether the product will be refunded or replaced as a result of the defect.
If products were shipped in error or damaged in transit, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
If the product is no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.
