2 Hot peppers
Some Ginger, green onion
1 tbsp Cooking wine
1 tbsp Kimlan Light Soy Sauce
½ tbsp Sugar
½ tbsp Bean paste
Some White pepper powder
Step 1: Soak the clams in warm water (about 40 degrees) for 10 minutes. Wait for the clams to spit out saltwater and sand.
Step 2: Chop the garlic and hot pepper into fine pieces.
Step 3: Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil into pan then add the chopped garlic, hot pepper and ginger to stir fry.
Step 4: Then add the clams, cooking wine, Kimlan Light Soy Sauce, sugar, bean paste and stir fry until the clams have opened. Add green onion, pepper powder and mix. Turn off heat and enjoy it.
